Freelance Footwear Design & Illustration
Working as a product designer and illustrator on a freelance basis.

Footwear Design Consultant: Clients have included Wolverine World Wide, Keen Footwear and Beaconsfield (UK). Assisting in line development, market research, pattern design, spec detailing and prototype development.

Textile & Accessory Design: Textile Prints, Presentation Art and soft goods. Clients have included TRG Accessories & Splash New York.

Illustration: Gallery Art Shows, cover art and character design projects for small press and self publishers. Personal publishing projects including paper doll designs and adult coloring books.

Licensed Brand Divisions. Design and detailed illustration of
footwear, including outsoles and ornamentation, as well as
creation of custom textile prints. Line Builder for "Makalu"

HUSH PUPPIES, Rockford, MI - 9/2004 – 12/2007
Footwear Designer
Designer for Hush Puppies Women's line. Design of footwear from
concept through development to finished product. Computer and
Freehand sketching of Upper, outsole, ornament and sock/footbed
designs. Travel to China and Brazil to round up development
issues at the end of each season.
