* Experience working with knits, woven, tops, bottoms, and dresses with 4 years of garment development (tech packs), 2 years of costume design, 6 years of flat pattern, plus 15 years of garment construction, alterationand and tailoring experiences

* Experience in backstage theatrical production

* Good understanding of the apparel design and development process from inception through production

* Strong technical/garment engineering experience with excellent attention to detail, organization and follow up skills

* Extensive knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, sewing, tech packs, draping, flat pattern,technical drawing, measuring and fitting.

* Good knowledge of linking machine, linking yarns/trims, gauges, textures and full-fashioned knit sweater construction.
