I have a unique eye and talent to take flat patterns and illustrations and create refined, sophisticated designs. I enjoy the art of flat-patternmaking and rely heavily on that skill to create one of a kind pieces.

I prefer using crisp fabrics such as raw silks, cottons, and linens because they hold up well in intricate piecing. I balance the modern lines with feminine, light fabrics such as chiffon. Because style lines are prominent in all my designs I look for different ways to manipulate the fabric to highlight the lines.

My aesthetic is a blend of architectural lines and geometric shapes. I often look to architecture and the human anatomy for inspiration. Whether I’m designing eveningwear or sportswear, my style is sleek and modern. I accentuate the human form with streamlined silhouettes.
