- Experience in the formation assortment policy of a brand;

- Experience and skills of commercial negotiations including foreign counterparts;

- Experience and skills in monitoring the implementation of agreements including foreign suppliers ( as outsourcers & suppliers);

- Practical experience of the acceptance ready production before shipment from foreign outsourcers;

- Certified Italian language level C2 according to the classification of the European Union, spoken English, russian mother tongue;

- Thorough knowledge of processes manufacturing of wearing apparel;

- Practical skills on seasonal collection's planning;

- A fundamental and practical knowledge of various methods of design, modeling and grading, including CAD systems;

- Possession of various skills & techniques for graphics, including graphic editors: 2DCorel Draw Graphics Suite and 3D- Blender, 3d MAX -5, FLASH professional CS3;
