I am currently getting my bachelors in Appeal Merchandising while working at a retail store called Nordstrom, as a sale associate. As sale associate I provide excellent customer service, communicate skills, and achieve department sale goals on a monthly, and yearly basis. Some of my skills are hands-on experience with POS transactions, solid communication and interpersonal skills, friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus, ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
