Creative Director - Design
Conceptualize and initiate collections and design direction for ladies, juniors, and mens intimate apparel and sleepwear.. Work closely with production to insure the integrity of the designs. Create structured and branded presentations. Develop and execute all marketing materials. Research, present and forecast trends that are currently in the market; apply and modify them to pertain to each vendor. Conceptualize and create all prints and graphic materials thru to production. Create technical sketches and detailed cad silhouettes. Initiated business solutions and a ‘work smarter’ structure. Developed and initiated a cohesive file structure for the design department. Introduced ‘buy boards’ (for record keeping) initiated ‘naming conventions” for design files, and suggested and introduced software programs such as webPDM and lectra to track and resolve product management issues. Introduced the idea of portfolio books for presentations - for a clean and professional presentation - which ended up by saving the company money in presentation costs.

Developed and designed licensed childrens sleepwear. Responsible for all aspects of design; from initial development to production packages; including cads, presentation boards marketing.
