Freelance Wardrobe Stylist June 2008 – Present

- Works with photographers, make-up artists, models and hair stylists to help contribute unique fashionable appeal to photographs. Usual tasks include: pulling outfits from stores, preparing clothing and accessories (steaming, organizing, simple alterations etc.), dressing models, directing poses and making adjusts to meet photographer’s criteria during shooting

- Planning creative shoots by working side by side with photographers in order to come up with an appealing art direction. Results include unique concepts which have added to my portfolio.

- Forecasting trends through a constant study of diverse fashion from various inspirational sources which range from global media sources to local street fashion. Results included use if internationally inspired concepts in styling portfolio.

Sales Associate

- Ascertained the needs of clients through one on one session and provided personal styling recommendations. Results included very high sales and customer satisfaction.

- Merchandising. Applied fashion expertise and knowledge to help build and accessorize outfits for store displays which included mannequins and live models.

- Technical skills include: Windows 2000, XP; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Flash and Photoshop CS2

- Able to prioritize effectively, motivate team members, and ensure on time project completion

- Volunteered for L’Oreal Toronto Fashion Week 2008, tasks included working side by side with designers by dressing models to designer’s expectations in order to send them down the runway.
