With a passion for the fashion industry, and the demand for freelance work, I began Sheer Design & Marketing to generate value-creating solutions for a diverse range of consumer driven brands, in fashion & music, art, FMCG, beauty/skincare. TARGET - Senior Graphic Designer - Art & Colour Specialist

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage and develop a Textile Graphic Design team to deliver required business performance
• Collaborate with buying teams and design stylists to influence and embrace colour/print material direction
to maximise department sales and profit

Key Achievement
During my time at Target Australia, I have successfully introduced new processes to improve the timely delivery and consistency of art & colour with contemporary and youth brands. By doing so we have collaboratively increased indent orders and the businesses profitability. Key Achievement
With the implementation of a newly transformed website, I played a pivotal role increasing visits to the site which translated into increase of sales. While identifying key production issues within design, planning & buying, I was able to develop an innovative range/planning board which was used for multiple areas of the company and communication to all retail stores. This resulted in consistency of communication for all departments within the company. A new VM manual was developed which ensured the brands identity was of high standard & added value to products instore. In collaboration with the managing director I provided marketing strategies & assisted with the coordination of Rosemount Sydney Fashion Festival which in return doubled sales post show.

My role as a Graphic Designer for Bettina Liano gave me a rare opportunity to gain insight knowledge of a high end fashion label that is internationally recognised. I produced high quality works of art for various types of materials & techniques of printing. I was able to expand my creativity through unlimited resources & techniques.
