-Oversee sample room of six seamstresses, two pattern makers and cutters.
-Oversee concepts & trend to ensure differentiation of brands across BCBG brands.

-Worked closely with creative director on designing a junior sweater line that sold to Target, Kohl's, and Federated.
-Prepared technical pakages, attended fittings and communicated the notes to factories.
