With this collection, I decided to create six looks that were designed to be men’s formal attire. Something that really inspired me with this collection was, surprisingly, middle school football. I played in the fall, and on game day the whole team had to dress out at school. The thing that inspired me most for this collection was how a lot of guys wore colorful outfits, yet still kept it formal, unlike the stereotype of plain colors such as black, white, navy, etc. I borrowed a lot of ideas from pictures I found of different types of formal and semi-formal clothing, but the color patterns and overall concoction of every design was all me. I kept the background of the designs completely white, so that the different color combinations could really pop out to the viewer.
