Contributed to the entire design process from beginning to end. Worked in an extremely fast paced environment meeting calendar deadlines. Worked closely with patternmakers, cutters and sewers to execute proto- samples made in house, from
concept to completion. Prepared development T/P’s and followed up with factories on all stages from Proto to Final Showroom Samples. Ensured accuracy of product development logs, line sheets, boards and design archives libraries; ensured maintenance of designs in shared drives. Reviewed lab dips with Designer and Senior Designer, send comments to vendors and maintain color standards; reviewed prints and graphics and advise revisions where appropriate; Partnered with Senior Designer to coordinate fit process.

Created and developed new styles for Junior Knits Cut and Sew line, meeting buyer expectations for various accounts. Worked and sustained relationship for Junior Private Label accnts (Delia’s, Wet Seal, Shopko, Macys, Dress Barn/ Charlotte Russe/ Forever 21 and Maurices) Sketching/ Color/ Pattern fill in Illustrator. Established daily communication with domestic vendors/overseas factories; track samples/ Check in and completion of proto specs. Liaison between production, sales and technical team.

Created concept boards identifying color and trend direction (trim, neckline and silhouette) utilized in seasonal designs. Executed original design concepts including detailed tech packs (WebPDM).
