Experience with collaboration of fashion and business has given me necessary skills to take on leadership roles where appropriate. I enjoy strategizing with others to develop plans for business performance improvement.
Eager to gain experience and knowledge, I would like to position myself in a strong career track for growth and results. I am very passionate about creativity and design, which drives me to constantly create and have fresh new ideas flow. I have completed an array of projects throughout my academic career, designing for both women\'s ready to wear, children\'s clothing, accessories and footwear. I specialize in formal wear, evening, cocktail and ready to wear, though I am open to designing in other concentrations. Projects include: fashion design and illustration, technical spec packs, prototyping, costing sheets, problem-solving concerning case studies within companies, budgeting projects reducing production costs, product development, forecasting, marketing concepts through presentations and planning, and advertising with print ads, logos and graphic design.
I also have four years of retail experience working closely with management, which has given me a clear focus of customer service, store improvement, day to day and situational problem-solving, as well as following trends and where the market is headed in the future. Over the last four years at the past three retail establishments I have worked for, I have been responsible for visual displays, marketing, company sales and goals. This clear business focus makes me determined to create items that not only will sell, but will be desired and wanted by an array of consumers throughout the world.
I am extremely experienced using Photoshop and Illustrator and implementing these skills into 3-dimensional virtual objects and virtual garments on models, as seen in Runway 3.0\'s fashion show.
