I recently finished my Ph.D. at the Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana (India) with a specialization in Apparel and Textile Science. I am proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and digital photography. Positive, tenacious and passionate are amongst some words my close friends and family would describe me by. Fashion, art, digital media, photography…I love all of it. What a fantastic thing it is to be creative and have the ability to showcase expression through all of these different avenues- that is what I get to do in my career. I think it is so intriguing the way that all of these things also play off of each other. I enjoy creating designs that push my creative limits. It excites me to make fashion a simple concept with a clever twist. I relish working with fabrics to express design ideas. I am also passionate about surface design due to its variety and ability to be applied across many fields. This gives me a wide range of techniques and mediums to work and experiment with, adapting it to my style and aesthetics.
