Worked directly the Sr. design teams of Badgley Mischka, Marchesa, Lela Rose, Pamella Roland, Lorena Sarbu, Elizabeth Kennedy, Theory, Houghton, Theia, Alice and Olivia, Roarke NY, Troubadour, Nha Khanh, and other custom clients on concept to creation. Vie la V is a co-designed dress and separates line of all hand beaded and embroidered pieces with owner of Design Archives.
• Executed the beading and embroidery development from runway sample through production for garments
• Managed and created technical packages for clear communication on a daily basis with Mumbai, India-based factory to fulfill client requests
• Innovative techniques, high-quality, and a great price point lead to a steady increase in sales and growth in accounts to include Rent the Runway and other boutiques around the country
• Worked closely with Vie la V showroom to merchandise collection to fulfill an open niche in the novelty market with high quality standards and desired price point for buyers

Freelance Designer/Product Developer 2011 – 2014

Worked directly with Sr. designers, sample teams, and production teams in the design and technical development of contemporary lines as well as private labels for Anthropology, Urban Outfitters, and TJ Maxx.
• Line Development; including trend forecasting, drawing preliminary sketches, mood boards developing themes with fabric swatches and flats, spec sheets, line sheets, draping, fittings, and coordinated photo shoots for look books
• Created technical sketches of garments using Adobe Photoshop for import packages
• Managed and scheduled staff and work flow from design, sales, to pre-production
• Lead meetings with national sales team to ensure product met design, quality, trend, and price requirements

Successfully managed an eight person design team through the creative development and manufacturing of multi-divisional lines from concept, sourcing, sketch, spec, fit to production. • Collaborated with the Milan, Italy division on a weekly basis regarding creative concepts, fabric selections, and production decisions while meeting all production schedules and successfully launched the new look at MAGIC
• Strengthened denim brand image globally by introducing new fabrics, out of the box styling, and new wash techniques

• Executed all phases of garment design; including trend research, drawing preliminary sketches, mood boards, developing themes with fabric swatches and flats, spec sheets, constructing first patterns, draping fittings, and finalizing collection with hand work embroidery and beading
