Partner with Line Director/Designer to proactively manage the
styling, fabric and trim requirements relative to, performance,
quality, cost and minimums.

Provide detailed concept information to the supplier, including
illustrations, digital photographs and garment measurements,
Modify Prints and graphics for all styles as needed.

This includes transforming concept artwork into repeat, within the
limitations of each style.

Manage product quality from concept through production.

Develop and maintain strong vendor partnerships.

Strong knowledge of construction and technologies relevant to
performance apparel.

Strives to be in forefront of performance apparel innovation.

Strong understanding of design, development and merchandising
process from inception through production.

Ability to interpret design intent and offer alternative
