team as well as the cross-functional team.

overseas to work with vendors on all product categories.

Research upcoming trends and create a cohesive line
appropriate for that particular season. This includes
the sweater line as well as the winterwear accessories line
(gloves, scarves, hats and ear muffs.) Working with the
merchandising team to review previous seasons selling
and apply these findings when designing. Travel overseas
to ensure that the visions set by the design team will be
reflected in production. Manage a team of 3 assistant
designers and build their skills in order to create a positive
and reliable team.
