Much of my experience is with a majority of the juniors/girls market customers, so I know how to cater to all of their different style tastes. *Designing and creating new fashion bodies, cads, and graphics for Juniors, Girls, and Women.
GIRLS FASHION DESIGNER,

*Designed a line for every market with screen tees and 5-10 new fashion bodies.
*Included detailed Tech Packs for each new fashion body.
*Approved all fittings for new fashion bodies.
*Directed all core art for screen tees for Girls 7-16, 4-6x, and toddlers.
*Created some of the graphics myself for screen prints and all over prints.
*Made Trend Boards for every season/market.
*Involved in Product Development especially for our GWPs.
*Trained and managed one main Girls Graphic Artist.
*Also worked with the other graphic artists in our department on art.

*Created a line of casual clothing with graphic and print inspiration for every Junior market including: casual knits, screen tees, sweatshirts, and loungewear bottoms for Bonafide Love.
*Worked with my own Graphic Artist and CAD Artist.
*Did some of the graphics myself for the screen prints and all over prints.
*Played around with some washes, bleaching, tie-dyes, and burnouts in house/with the Dye houses.
*Worked directly with the vendors in China via email and Skype.
*The main companies we worked with were: Charlotte Russe, Rue 21, Wet Seal, Forever 21, DELiA*s, The Buckle, Torrid, Hot Topic, Tillys, Zumiez, Journeys, Alloy, Maurices, Vanity, Macys, Nordstrom, Charming Shoppes, Anchor Blue, Gordmans, Mandee, TJ/TK Maxx, Ross, Bealles, Gabriel Brothers, and Belk.
*Designed the denim line, and was in charge of preparing the whole line including: fits, specs, etc.
*Traveled to Hong Kong/China to see our factories, and shop the market and other stores for trends.

*Contributed to preparing and altering photo-real line sheets for every market.
*Played around with making new prints for the garments.
*Helped organize the line to be sent out for every market and took pictures.
*Prepared detailed spec sheets for the garments on the line and for orders.
*Corrected specs where needed on garments, and was involved with being the fit model for the line.
