-Oversee and coordinate multiple portions of development

-Manage a 150-200 SKU line, all presentation packages and linelists -Conceptualize and present design ideas regularly to Design Director and VP of Design

-Create organization system and reference library for all trims and hardware -Meet weekly with VP of Design Operations for status update, responsible for all WIP charts
-Create TP and issue comments in Indesign for communication w factory -Facilitate communication and conduct conference calls with factories and mills -Follow up on hot items to keep product on time delivery
--Hand sketch and render designs in Photoshop/Illustrator
-Follow up on emails relating to technical issues
-Conduct fittings for Men’s and women’s woven core styles
-Use PDM for data entry/note taking, utilize Illustrator for detail/construction sketching
-Sew mock ups and basic patterns for initial fittings
