United Legwear & Apparel Co LLC - Designer in Womens Bodywear
Member of the design team responsible for developing the bodywear/activewear for brands such as Puma, Gold's Gym, and Bread & Boxers, as well as private label. Utilizing brand inspiration and brand heritage to develop new product for each season.
Responsibilities Include:
Coming up with new concepts, silhouettes, and materials, to bring forth a fresh product line each season.
Sourcing fabrics, trims, and construction techniques.
Rendering all CADs through Adobe Illustrator to create boards for presentation to buyers.
Developing product through cost-engineering to create quality pieces that fit customers needs.
Putting together tech packs for both development and production stages.
Collaborating with production team to ensure each design maintains its integrity from development through store delivery.
Work closely with packaging team to arrange packaging concepts that best represent each product.
