United Legwear & Apparel Co LLC - Designer in Womens Bodywear

Member of the design team responsible for developing the bodywear/activewear for brands such as Puma, Gold's Gym, and Bread & Boxers, as well as private label. Utilizing brand inspiration and brand heritage to develop new product for each season.

Responsibilities Include:
• Coming up with new concepts, silhouettes, and materials, to bring forth a fresh product line each season.
• Sourcing fabrics, trims, and construction techniques.
• Rendering all CADs through Adobe Illustrator to create boards for presentation to buyers.
• Developing product through cost-engineering to create quality pieces that fit customers’ needs.
• Putting together tech packs for both development and production stages.
• Collaborating with production team to ensure each design maintains its integrity from development through store delivery.
• Work closely with packaging team to arrange packaging concepts that best represent each product.
