Work in collaboration with Creative Director.
Main responsibilities: Research trends and produce mood boards, source fabric, print,
patterns and trims for all categories. Shop samples locally and overseas. Sketch styles
by hand and via illustrator. Present design concepts to Creative Director ,
Merchandiser/Sales team. Manage and Direct Designers, assistant designers and interns.
Create artwork for embroideries, embellishments, engineered/repeat prints and
patterns for all design categories.
Create Tech Packs via Web PLM. Approve lab dips, print strike offs, trim packages ,
labels and hardware. Communicate daily with local and overseas factories .
Attend proto meetings and communicate changes to Tech team.
