About me:

I am a Junior Apparel Merchandising Major at Cal Poly Pomona with an emphasis on retail. I will graduate spring 2017 with my bachelors of science. I have had one year of experience working retail during my time at Cal Poly. Working retail has made me understand how to run a store smoothly and how to utilize excellent customer service while working on the floor. Working retail has also made me realize that I would love to see what working behind the scenes would be like for instance as a buyer. Upon graduation at Cal Poly I would love to be able to work alongside a buyer to see how a day in the life would be and possibly get started in a similar career path. I am extremely passionate about the industry and am also very flexible in which departments I would work in such as Womens, Mens, Shoes, as well as Cosmetics.
