Associate Designer - Womens Sweaters and Cold Weather Accessories
• Managed a team of Assistant Designers, Design Support and seasonal interns
• Designed and hand sketched silhouettes for Core, Business Outfitters and XR (Plus size)
• Selected stitches, yarns and trims based on seasonal direction, trend research and key ideas
• Created tech packs in PLM to communicate with international vendors and factories
• Responsible for fit approvals from first proto to production
• Worked with cross-functional partners, including Merchants, Product Developers, Sourcing and Technical Designers to ensure the highest quality, brand-right product
• Co-functionally developed line plans with merchant team based on selling and brand priorities
• Developed four seasons per year, managing 20-40 pieces per season as well as all color palettes per style
• Collaborated and mentored in the Lands’ End Intern Mentorship Program, working with seasonal interns to guide and continue their exploration of the design field through projects, meetings and presentations
• Contributed to the transformation of a missy branded line into an updated contemporary collection.
Responsible for redesigning the “Core Cardigan” for Spring 2012. Sales exceeded $1 million within the first month, selling through most colors in just 2 weeks

• Using vintage jewelry, trinkets and keys, I make one-of-a-kind necklaces, earrings and bracelets
• Treasure hunting through flea markets, estate sales and antique shops to find forgotten keepsakes, I combine these found items with natural stones, sterling and gold-filled chain to make each handmade piece special
The line has been sold at boutiques and art shows in California, Ohio and Texas.

Since I introduced the Weekly Ad in July 2008, increased 18% (comparing July/Aug/Sept 2008 and July/Aug/Sept 2009 sales). The Weekly Ad is an in-store flyer that highlights all the sales and specials for the week.

Innovated the design of the Fall 2007 tote classification which boasted the highest sales of any totes across all brands under the Abercrombie umbrella. The product “Moose Duffle” made the company’s “Hot List” for 2 consecutive weeks. It was a top selling item across all Abercrombie brands.
