Elise Diebel is a designer who focuses on young and fiery women and their desire to be bold. Her designs are known for their fun combinations of print and color. Always and forever from St. Paul, Elise Diebel is now a graduate from the University of Minnesota\'s Apparel Design program. She has shown work in University of Minnesota fashion shows and has been a part of the Minneapolis scene assisting with fashion events since 2008. She has studied at the London College of Fashion and spent some time in New York, where she interned for two independent designers- Christian Joy and Mary Meyer. At her internships, she spent time learning about what it takes to run a fashion line, as well as practicing pattern making, sewing and screen printing. Her clothes have been shown on the runway and in a recent Mpls.tv produced music video for the French band Yelle. Recently graduated, Elise\'s plans include returning to New York to pursue her career in design. Besides fashion, her interests lie in baking for all her friends and might just have to be the first designer to give a free (low-fat, of course) muffin with purchase.
