+Focus on store elevation through anticipation and need including: supply and prop orders, merchandising moves, collection transfers, event planning, PR/Celebrity endorsement, social media, and creating eyecatching window displays to promote the brand.
+Conduct weekly and seasonal merchandise buys so collections are in season and available. Follow product from order entry to delivery by updating collection linesheets. Ensure merchandising is produced and manufactured to company standard. Track product performance and movement. Initiate sales promotions and markdowns within necessary time frame. Track sales results and deliver outcome to corporate via weekly recaps. Initiate and perform season end RTVs and ensure 100% completion amongst stores.
+Followed necessary steps to produce a successful floor set (flip): Receipt of Corporate Directive, store mapping, surveyed ideal placement of sub collections, overnight associate scheduling based on need, supervision of flip through time management, store and display photography, and submission to corporate team. Participated in over 150 full floor sets.
+ Daily Selling Floor duties include: executing markdowns, re-ticketing, styling and updates of 25-30 in store and window Mannequins.
+Daily/Weekly/Monthly correspondence to US Stores, Merchandising and Buying team. Compiling reports to analyze business trends, KPI, tracking sales FY vs LY, Profit v Loss, and store-to-store transfers.
