My designs were influenced originally by the painting in the North Carolina museum titled Cleopatra. I took the neck line of the girls outfit and tried to play with it and modernize it to fit a more modern shape of dress. I only just decided that i wanted to incorporate a little neon into all of my designs to give them a little more pop, because originally i wanted them to be all white. That is too boring for me though, and i wanted my designs to be unique. I have a neon theme, so i bordered my design layout in neon and titled it "A Neon Occasion" because most of my designs are ment to be dressy. I wanted a playful and youthful, but simple layout so the focus was more on my designs.
