Grew the Gloria Vanderbilt Knit Top business from a $6 million a year business to a $47 million in 2 years by working closely with the sales team to have on-trend product appropriate for that customer base and introducing a new Active Wear product line.
Stabilized the design team at Oxford Collections after 6 people in less than one year transitioned through the position. Set up and standardized business processes and procedures that enabled staff to handle additional events in staff absence or increased workloads.
Worked with industry leaders Target, Kohls, Daisy Fuentes, Wal-Mart, JC Penny, Gloria Vanderbilt Knit Tops designing exciting product assortments and managing the process through production.

Design and Development
Coordinated the design and development process for multiple brands from trend analysis, concept boards,
sketches, and technical packs through final prototype and production.

Product Development/ Technical Design
Facilitate the transition from design concept and first proto to final production ready garment.
Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Sales, Production, and Agents to ensure fit, quality and delivery are achieved
Translate Design concepts into detailed packages with garment measurements, design features and construction details.
Lead Fit sessions on live Fit Model or Mannequin and write clear concise notes and follow up with agents/factories.
Anticipate and resolve any fit or construction issues in pre-production and production.
Sourcing
Experience traveling to Asia for research and development of fabrics, trims, new factory resources and production approvals.
Shopped New York, Europe and American markets for fresh ideas, fabric, prints and trends.
Collaborated with original print studios and CAD team to purchase and create original artwork that established Regatta as a vanguard.
