Cali, as called by friends is a 2002 graduate of Penn Valley Community College and a 2005 graduate of Clark Atlanta University.
Upon completing her education she organized her own apparel firm in 2009 Clo7hing Company is a budding design firm of original designs created for women and men. Her designs are created from the heart with unique detail and symbolism personal to her character, goals, struggles and beliefs.
My goal is to have the world wearing me, Im inspired by fantasy, love, bold femininity, music and the desire of all things beautiful. The design process usually starts with a visual flash, a premonition or even a single emotion. Ms Johnsons collections are created from a single sketch and then brought to reality.
Her sketches are done in great detail from whipped hair to facial expressions down to the garment and sealed with a stiletto or sexy boots. She begins the production process with a flat pattern while creating a unique original design through draping. I have made many career changes in my life.
