With experience working corporate for Li & Fung and having my own successful independent label for 9 years, I've gain valuable insight on the design needs of both big and small apparel brands. As the Executive Director of Chicago Fashion Incubator, a nonprofit organization that provides resources, mentorship, and education to emerging fashion talent, I oversee the budget, coordinate with Macy's, manage staff, community outreach, administration, marketing, HR, and program development.

I also leverage my expertise in creative consulting, domestic apparel manufacturing, marketing, and small business development to run Hovet Fashion Studio, my fashion agency founded in 2018. We help clients start and grow their own fashion lines, from concept creation to product design to production coordination.
