PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Work closely with Head Merchandiser in the planning and design of prints for seasonal deliveries.
Research trend and direction relating to print, pattern and fabrics, resulting in seasonal presentations of color/concept/print boards and books for the design and merchandising team.
Create original designs as well as clean up purchased artwork developing layouts, repeats and colorways
Organize weekly presentations of artwork to the design team, creating all colorations of new prints, mini bodies and boards.
Create seasonal color palettes and select pantone standards.
Manage the sending of pattern packages going to vendors (artwork, pattern repeat, color separations, pitch sheets) and maintaining communication with mills, working closely with the production department on all matters relating to prints and color standards.
Direct the organization of the print and artwork library and the CAD Studio.
