Design Development & Production Director
Co-creative designed seasonal concepts for Geren Ford, including conceptualizing and creating original art for textiles. Worked jointly with founder to design and merchandise seasonal collections across categories. Participated in creation of new brand classifications including Geren Ford Shoes, Geren Ford Denim, and GF for QVC. Traveled to Asia to source new relationships and improve communication /processes between LA office and manufacturing partners. Managed collaboration of HAWKs for Urban Outfitters reaching $40M in retail sales across 90K units of production over 4 years. Grew, trained and managed the department from 2 employees to 6.

Designed and developed production of MCV seasonal collections comprised of men and womens: denim, outerwear, knits, soft wovens and structured wovens. Worked alongside Creative Director to build concepts and seasonal direction across all accounts. Traveled to Philadelphia/New York to present collections to buyers, and develop manufacturing relationships.

Responsible for all aspects of product development for GONZ, Freshjive, and RMK through production. Designed Freshjives Womens launch collection. Established a systematic work flow that streamlined the existing sampling process reducing overall development costs and design edits.

Technical/Assistant Designer, Denim Division
Partnered closely with creative director to develop womens denim garments across 4 seasons. Responsible for creation and modifications of technical flats, technical packs, and measurement specs. Assisted in fabric/trim sourcing and new wash developments.

Designed and managed mens bottoms apparel for 11 brands including private label, and off-pricers accounts for a total annual volume of $50M. Presented product lines to sales teams at semi-annual meetings. Instrumental in department restructuring after Tropical Sportswear acquisition.
