Who are you getting?
I am a worker, put my head down and get it done type. I enjoy being in my own head, where I find my greatest creativity and ability to problem solve. I love lists, deadlines and sticky notes. The creativity doesn't stop without a deadline. You will find I am not always the most talkative, but a great listener and efficient communicator. In team settings I am a strong collaborator and have been an effective leader when the opportunity calls.
