Hi! I'm Madison Mishak; Senior Designer

Throughout the past 8 years, I’ve embraced the very broad job description that is “designer”. Whether it be defining seasonal trend/silhouette direction or sewing buttons to market samples in the wee hours, I’ve continued to fall deeper in love with my craft and this industry of creatives and trailblazers.

From the early days at GBG to my most recent freelancing gigs, the artful science of knitwear has continued to inspire and drive my creative expression. Collaborating with yarn mills, and knitters; both locally and abroad, I’ve cultivated a vast knowledge and deeper appreciation for the intricacies which define this art and ultimately, this business of fashion. Open minds and open hearts, championed me along my journey, and I strive to do the same - building design teams and managing and mentoring those who realize a designers job is never-ending, yet endlessly rewarding.

Fun facts:
🏺 I love to create pottery items in the ceramics studio (throwing mugs and vases).
✈️ I enjoy traveling. My favorite place I have traveled so far has been Positano, Italy.
🏀 I am a big sports fan, l cheer for the Denver Broncos & My brother who plays for West Texas A&M basketball.
📺 I am obsessed with the shows Yellowstone, 1883, Power & Grey's Anatomy.
🥑 I am somewhat of a foodie! Mexican is my favorite, the spicier the better!
