VICTORIA’S SECRET’S LONGTIME CEO HAS SUDDENLY RESIGNED – Yahoo!
“Victoria’s Secret’s longtime CEO, Sharen Jester Turney, is resigning, according to a release from parent company L Brands. Turney has worked with Victoria’s Secret for almost sixteen years. She was the President and CEO of Victoria’s Secret Direct as of 2000, and she became CEO of the namesake company in 2006. According to the release, she is leaving the brand to focus on her family and her life outside of work.”

BURBERRY FACES U.S. LAWSUIT ACCUSING IT OF DECEPTIVE PRICE TAGS – FashionMag
“British luxury fashion brand Burberry is to face a class action lawsuit in the United States, claiming it used misleading price tags at its outlets stores to fool shoppers into believing they were getting big bargains. The company, which specifically manufactures some of the products for its outlet stores, is accused of intentionally presenting false price information on products that have never been sold in its retail stores to mislead customers.”
PERRY ELLIS AND PICO MANUFACTURING ENTER LICENSE DEAL FOR ORIGINAL PENGUIN – FashionMag
“Perry Ellis International, Inc. announced Thursday that it has entered into a license agreement with Pico Manufacturing Sales Corporation for An Original Penguin by Munsingwear. The new agreement is for the design, production and distribution of Original Penguin boys underwear and sleepwear in the US and Canada. The product is planned to launch at retail with premium department stores and children’s specialty stores for Fall/Holiday 2016.”
