More Information

I am proactive and eager to learn and grow. I am excited to utilize the skills that I already have and learn some new ones as well. I love pattern making/sewing/constructing garments and have really enjoyed doing so at school, my internship, and in my free time.
Currently I work as a mens sweater designer.
I had the opportunity to intern with “For Love and Lemons” in Los Angeles, CA, an eclectic and flirty street wear brand. My supervisor there was Keenan Evans, one of the designers. In my time there I gained experience and confidence with patterning, sewing, and fitting on live models and dress forms. Designs I worked on range from skirts, tops, shorts, and dresses, to bodysuits. I also sketched some design and print ideas, and helped with day to day tasks like sourcing materials and pickup/delivery of samples. I am skilled in Adobe suite and Microsoft Office.
