There are two things that I have always been passionate about, fashion and traveling. Through my studies, travels, production, and product development experiences, I have come to realize how the interconnected world influences apparel manufacturing and trends. Working on knit, sweater, and woven product categories has taught me that fabric is the foundation of design and prints amplify design by illustrating the story with color. My ultimate goal is to delve into my two passions by assisting designers in identifying trends and developing and sourcing quality fabrics.

Working as the liaison between external overseas vendors and mills and internal design, brand, and buying teams has helped me recognize the significance of product innovation in moving a brand forward. Being able to anticipate and respond to consumer needs, as well as, understand their mindset on trend and color are key components in producing great product. Being part of research and development, a role I enjoy, has sparked my desire to further my knowledge in understanding the global directional signals for fabric, color, and design concepts.
