Weaver\'s Service Centre, Kolkata, India as part of the Indian Handloom Development Scheme (HIDS). Government of India funded. 2010

➢ Working with existing weavers and printers in communities to translate their product into more commercial formats for Indian markets
➢ Demonstrating the technical methods of weaving, printing and embroiderers from redesigning the initial design layout of repeat design to final cloth design and product development.
➢ Developing commercial colour palettes suitable for the market and supplying equipment to aid design translation.
➢ Health and Safety awareness training of the workers.
➢ Training the workers in basic computer and digital awareness in design formats.
➢ Organized the line of production within the community into dyers, weavers, designers and printers to enable the smooth running of operations.
➢ Interacting with suppliers and manufacturers globally across all of the product areas.
