Nov. 12- Feb. 14 Technical/Production Designer, Children’s Apparel Network (New York, New York)
Assisted with design and production of Nannette Boyz Wear and Licensed by Nannette boy’s infant/toddler clothing. Worked closely with our sample room located in China for samples of all styles designed. Prepared costing sheets and production packages for generic and licensed styles. In charge of reviewing strike offs, lab dips, trims and fabric quality from factories in China and Bangladesh. Ensured factories adhered to the quality standards and regulations of all licensed apparel. Managed timetables for sample room and factories to meet delivery dates.

Nov. 09- June 11 Co-Founder/Designer, I Heart Smitten (San Jose, California/ Brooklyn, New York)
Co-founded a ready-to-wear women’s clothing label. Researched the market for trends and materials while tracking expenses and overseeing production samples. Employed a small in-house team consisting of seamstresses and cutters in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Coordinated team members to raise daily production amounts while maintaining high quality. Collaborated with business partner to execute design concepts while managing all pattern-making, grading and fit tests.

Contracted to style, tailor and design period costumes and accessories. Implemented and updated costume piece lists with all wardrobe personnel to ensure organization of all performance pieces.
