- Work closely with Creative Director and Senior Design Director to create exciting and new product designs across all categories to meet the seasonal merchandising needs while following the brand direction
- Manage and motivate junior team members workload and timeline to ensure design projects are executed according to design briefs; work with them on gaining technical knowledge of shoe making and proto correcting
- Research the fashion market for current and potential trends that would benefit the brand; Inspirational shopping domestically, internationally, and vintage; attend trend presentations
