-Worked directly with head designer on all levels in developing collections sold at Henri Bendel, Bloomingdales, Scoop, Nordstrom and other specialty boutiques across North America.
-Initiated the collection/manufacturing process; from trend/market research, collection development, fittings, line board and techpack creation, to final line production, while applying exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and follow-up
-Developed excellent computerized flat sketches and hand illustrations
-Corresponded and coordinated with production factory in far east Asia to track samples and assure quality control
-Managed multiple departments, which included: sample coordination, sales, inventory, allocation, shipping and interns
-Presented collection to buyers at Coterie and Intermezzo trade shows in New York City
