Starting in the action sports industry, Joel transitioned into his own men\'s and women\'s fashion collection brands KZO and Creative Growth for Everybody represented by The News NYC Showroom with both collections shown in Tokyo and Paris. Scouted for his aesthetic voice, Joel has directed, edited and produced video content for top brands and publications. Through his 10+ years of international travel, advertising, brand forecasting, development, production and marketing, Joel understands not only the domestic market but the global sphere as well.

Extensive knowledge of brand building, marketing and production in Asia (Japan, Hong Kong and mainland China). 10 years+ travel to Japan, Hong Kong, Paris, London and Milan. Traveled to Harajuku, Tokyo 8 times a year for 3 years working on KZO\'s design and Japanese production team.
