With more than 15 + years of soft accessories, socks, packaging and handbag design experience, I am a very well-rounded designer with a variety of skills. A majority of my experience is with womens, juniors and tweens accessories. This includes handbags, small leather goods, Back to School messengers/back packs, giveaway bags, cosmetic bags and belts.
I have created collections for Walmart, Juniors brands for mid-tier department stores as JcPenny to leather contemporary brands for higher end department stores such as Macy's. I am very good at creating collections within the aesthetic of the targeted customer.
I start the design process from researching trends, sketching first concepts, translating styles into computerized technical sketches, communicating with overseas to finalizing production packages. I can complete the design process with minimal direction if necessary while striving to stay within market deadlines.
I am open to to freelance, or full time opportunities within accessories, fashion, design/branding fields. If you are located outside of NY Metro area, contact me for small or big freelance projects, too!

From cold weather knit beanies to cut & sew hats to scraves, I have designed items based on customer's apparel line for 4 seasons a year and work closely with customer to merchandise with existing apparel line. I am responsible for initial concept on CAD, developing the first samples by choosing materials & trims, and working with the production team to ensure specs & details are accurate in the pre-production to bulk stage.
