Product Development: Burning Torch Inc. 08.11 - present
> flat sketching, spec writing, construction callouts, label placement, packing requirements and full fit comments for 8 deliveries annually & revolving private label styles
> responsible for all lab dips, wash, embroidery, trim, and fabric submits relevant to production
> style set-up, costing, and cost negotiation with factories for all imports : main and diffusion lines
> sourcing of relevant fabrics, trims, labels, and finishings needed throughout the design process
> execute design through production stages for all specialty hang tag, labeling, and graphics as needed
> assign patternmakers, schedule fittings, and monitor domestic fit process
> maintain multiple T&A calendars and linesheets accessed company-wide

Associate Technical Designer: Lucky Brand 05.10 - 08.11
> partner with design to create full development and production tech packs for all men’s woven tops
> measure, fit, and comment on all development, production, and PP stage samples
> relay comments, corrections, and updates to multiple overseas vendors
> maintain tracking reports - ensuring all pending styles are accounted for and on schedule

Technical Designer : Blue Planet International 11.07 – 05.10
> comprehensive fit technician for girls/kids, missy, junior and plus size tops and bottoms (woven and knit)
> track and manage fit timelines, lab dips, trim development, and production related workflow
> supervise packing, folding, and shipping standards for in house and private labels
> direct communication with key accounts and buyers– ensuring fit and quality standards are met

Product Development : Katy Reiss London 09.06 – 11.07
> pattern drafting, draping, and patternmaking for showroom samples
> manage all fit sessions : knit, woven, tops, bottoms, and outerwear
> communicate with domestic and international sample makers and production houses
> Source trims, fabrics, treatments, and embroideries as needed
