Key Activities: Supervised crew of 4 designers. Delegated design and textile coloring projects. Oversaw development of seasonal prints for nurses uniforms working closely with stylist. Assisted with repeat production. Checked all designs for production capabilities and gave final approval before art went into production. Tracked project development to meet tight deadlines.
ANIMATION STYLIST & SUPERVISOR. 1996 to 2003. Walt Disney Animation Studios, Nickelodeon Animation, Universal Cartoon Studios, Cartoon Network, Hanna- Barbera & Film Roman Inc., Los Angeles, CA
Key Activities: Developed the color palette, painting technique and style for scenery used in traditional animation.
Collaborated with Director and Designers to ensure a consistent look for the show delivered on time and within budget. Supervised small team of background scenery artists to learn the techniques required for the show. Responsible for creating high impact promotional art.
SENIOR TEXTILE DESIGNER & CAD SUPERVISOR. 1992 to 1996 Sherry Fran Inc., Division of LA Dye & Print Works, Vernon, CA
Key Activities: Collaborated with Stylist to develop packages for clients in a timely manner and to their unique
specifications. Developed the Studio's Line and presentation of it. Purchased artwork within budget for development from Collections and Textile Shows. Supervised CAD Department: kept deadlines met, delegated work and trained new designers. Responsible for preparing engraving sheets, pitch sheets and sending designs to the printer. Checked strike-offs for accuracy. Followed up with printer, salesperson and client to insure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Created new, trend-conscious prints for women, children and men's apparel.
Colored and re-colored prints getting maximum value from designs. Completely overhauled the file management system of the studio's design collection both digitally and in books to ensure efficiency and a smooth workflow. Reorganized fabric samples in an easy to access and beautiful presentation.

Key Activities: Designed traditional and stylized prints for wallpaper and fabrics. Developed colorways to meet the current and projected industry trends and customer needs. Designed and prepared mock-up sample books.
