Responsibilities: Work with creative director to design and develop all aspects of the seasonal collection.
Create hand and technical garment drawings, flats and linesheets. Provide graphic design support and create layouts and graphics to be used in a multitude of places Oversee the day to day running of the office including managing seamstress/pattern maker. Oversee Product development and production at factory level.
Responsible for sourcing materials and manufactures for the production of goods. Create time and action calendars, for creative development and production. Developed production calculation spreadsheets and cost spreadsheets. Communicate with vendors, manufactures and clients.
Write press releases and other communication tools.

Created and worked with original graphic artworks to use on garments and presentations Worked closely with design team, president and VP of sales and marketing team to developed a licensed line sold to large retail chains and boutiques.
Responsible for trend, design and color research using a multitude of resources.
Communicate with vendors/manufacturers. This includes factory visits and market shopping in Asia.
