I spent 7 years working as a costume tech, learning clothing production techniques from conception to finished product. I\'m well-versed in both couture and industrial sewing techniques, as well as fit and tailoring.
I have an intimate knowledge of materials (textiles and leathers). My professional experiences have given me an extremely diversified set of skills.
I recently obtained my degree in Accessories Design (and won the departmental award) at FIT. I know how to make shoes and bags and other accessories from concept to final product.
I\'m proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and use them every day. I can produce product specs quickly and efficiently.
I can produce patterns via draping, drafting or CAD.
I\'m also adept with NedGraphics (Easy Color, Design and Repeat, Color Reduction and Cleaning). I can produce my own textile repeats and location prints, or edit pre-existing repeats.
