Operations
- Closely involved in the seasonal hand off product development, consulted with team members on handling work flow operation, influence in hiring/staffing, training if needed.
- Lead groups and individuals through training processes: familiar with domestic and overseas organizational workflow procedures, quality assurance, vendor’s compliance and regulations, addressed questions and concerns.
- Aligned with factory’s operating work flow capabilities, identify strong & weak points of vendors and how to offset or build on them.
