Working with Domestic knitters and Weavers, to develop stitches for Yard Goods. Also developing in House Graphic\'s, and prints, to be used for the printing of yard good\'s of Cloth. Experienced developing programs, for the Production of Merchandise to be made in Asia, by Designing, and developing Pattern’s, and sewn sample’s for the supplier to Duplicate. The same Experience with Mexico and the Caribbean. Experienced working with the trade Publication\'s on Advertising, and Publicity, as well as Producing Run way Fashion Show\'s. Mr. Conger is experienced in setting up and running in house Telemarketing sale’s operations. Experienced working Pattern development on Digital apparel Equipment (GERBER - ELECTRA & OPTITEX). - Mr. Conger, has a pattern library, of Men - Women, and children, sportswear - dresses - swim , active wear, performance, and beach wear , which accommodates, the development of new styles, in any chosen direction. - Reviewing a Companies profile, in order to find a need or area with growth potential is always a Main Objective.

FRONT ROW: TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, WEST INDIES July 09 / Aug.2010 Manufacturers of suitings – did all designing, and sketching freehand. Did all the company’s pattern making, Draping and flat pattern, and all the company’s Grading, Mr. Conger handled sales, with key accounts , such as Caribbean Airways . Front Row is still a major force in the Caribbean, and is producing and shipping Mr. Congers work at this time.
