Growing up in Sydney, Benjamin developed his design skills from a young age. He holds 4 years of solid creative and technical development gained from studying Fashion Design at Australia\'s leading institution as recognised by the fashion industry, The Sydney Institute of Technology - Fashion Design Studio.

Upon graduating from fashion school, Benjamin was touted as \"Australia’s Next Big Designer\" & \"one to watch\" by VOGUE and immediately started showing his own line at Australian Fashion Week. Whilst based in Sydney he also consulted and collaborated with other designers and artists.

A few years onward, after moving to London he began to work with Marchesa where he cut patterns and constructed dresses by hand before showing several seasons at Paris Men’s Fashion Week as a Senior Designer for luxury menswear brand WINTLE. Followed by a return to womenswear, freelancing for the Spanish label Roberto Torretta.

Benjamin has most recently been a contestant on Project Runway USA/Season 11.
Benjamin is looking to expand his US based career moving forward in 2013.
