Austin S. Bruening is a Senior Fashion Design student completing his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in The Fashion School at Kent State University.

Austin has attended Kent States Florence Program in the fall of 2016 as well as the NYC Studio in the spring of 2017.

Austin has interned at GOLDIE Bespoke in NYC under the Creative Director and CEO Melissa Sandagata. GOLDIE is a brand that specializes in bespoke women's suiting.

Austin also completed the Macy's NYC Summer Internship as a CAD designer for American Rag Young Mens. He created all prints for their wovens team as well as collaborated with a vendor to create a holiday hat capsule collection.
